SHIPPING GENERAL

Toy Country iMall consists of several small, independent merchants who sell toys, games and media (music, movies and books) on ToyCountry.com. All orders are fulfilled by Toy Country from our warehouse in Dayton, Ohio. If you have shipping questions or concerns about an order, please contact Toy Country iMall administration with your concerns. 

FREE SHIPPING

Toy Country iMall offers free Economy Service shipping on all orders above $50. We considered offering free shipping at a lower purchase, but we noticed many of our larger online competitors adjusting their "List Prices" to offer lower priced items free shipping at inflated prices. We refuse to mislead customers into believing they are getting a better deal than they actually are. The list prices on Toy Country iMall are based on a fixed percent of the items cost or, when given, the manufacturers suggestion, and doesn't get adjusted to hide the cost of "Free Shipping" promotions at lower item prices.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

FedEx is the official carrier of Toy Country iMall, but USPS or UPS services may also be used. USPS Priority Mail is used for all other shipping including DPO/APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and territories of the US. International shipping, if supported by the merchant, is performed via USPS Priority International Mail.

PROCESSING TIME

Our goal is to process orders withing 1-2 business days of ordering. Most Standard Shipping Method orders ship within 36 hours of payment process completion. If an order is processed by 8 AM, it should be shipped with that day's shipment. All Economy Shipping Method orders with payment processing completion after 8 AM will be shipped with the next day's shipment. All Expedited, Second Day and Next Day orders with payment processing completion before 1 PM will be shipped that day. Weekend shipment processing is only available during peak times (holidays) and special occasions.

METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME

Economy Service

  • FedEx SmartPost (delivered by USPS) and USPS Services
  • The carrier is selected based on customer location
  • Delivery times are between 7 and 12 business days
  • Tracking information is included for all orders
  • Some Economy Service orders may be automatically upgraded to Expedited Service at the discretion of our shipping department

Expedited Service

  • FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority
  • USPS Priority is used in situations where FedEx Home Delivery is not an option
  • Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days
  • Expedited Service is only processed on the weekend during the peak holiday season or under special circumstances
  • Tracking information is included for all orders

2nd Day Express

  • FedEx 2 Day Express
  • Delivery should occur within 2 business days if payment processing completed before 1 PM
  • 2 Day Service is only processed on the weekend during the peak holiday season or under special circumstances
  • Saturday delivery is not an option for 2 Day Express shipping service
  • Tracking information is included for all orders

Overnight Express

  • FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx Priority Overnight
  • Delivery should occur next day if payment processing completed before 1 PM
  • Overnight Service is only processed on the weekend during the peak holiday season or under special circumstances
  • Saturday delivery is not an option for Overnight Express unless arranged specifically with the administration (additional charges apply)
  • Tracking information is included for all orders

Local Pick Up

  • Available at our warehouse in Miamisburg, Ohio (45342)
  • Local Pick Up is available for all merchants
  • Select Local Pick Up as the shipping service when checking out
  • Local Pick Up orders receive a 5% discount on the entire order
  • Orders may not be ready for immediate pick up. Some, but not many, items may require an additional 2-3 business days for pick up as they may be stored at another location.
  • Orders must be picked up Monday through Friday during business hours by appointment
  • After placing the order, we will contact you with pick up details and to set up a pick up time
  • Payment processing must be complete before order is scheduled to be picked up
  • ID or credit card used for payment and order confirmation email must be presented upon pick up

International

  • There is no International shipping at this time

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Tracking is available for all orders. Tracking numbers are available in your account or should be emailed after the order has been packed and label printed. Please keep in mind it may take 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to appear on the respective shippping services websites.
