2. What are the Methods of Shipping?
Toy Country chooses the carrier based on stock location, size of item and recipient address. Most orders will have tracking or delivery confirmation numbers. If you have specific carrier needs, please contact us before placing an order to make sure we can fulfill the request.
Order processing time is displayed on the product detail screen of each item. International orders may require 2-4 additional business days of processing.
Toy Country offers two levels of domestic US shipping. Our Standard service typically arrives 7-10 business days after the day of ordering. Expedited service typically arrives within 3-5 business days after ordering.

3. What is the Return Policy?
Toy Country accepts returns and tries to make it as easy for our customers as possible. Please follow and understand these guidelines when returning an item to Toy Country.
1. Toy Country must be notified within 10 days of order reciept before returning a product. Email us at customerservice@toycountry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return number to include with the package and the address to send the item.
2. All returned products must be in the same condition as sent. Full credit will not be given for opened, unsellable items which were sold as new.
3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend returning products with some type of delivery confirmation and/or tracking.
4. Shipping charges for the order are not refundable.
5. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

5. Why do you have advertising for competitors on your site?
As much as we would like to always offer the best price for an item, we often are unable. Internet sales are very competitive and we understand those who make it to our site are looking for a good price. The management at Toy Country decided it would be best to make a smaller percent of a sale through an affiliate link rather than totally losing a sale to a competitor with a lower price.
6. Will my purchase be shipped directly from Toy Country?
Toy Country belongs to a world-wide network of merchants. We stock many of the items offered on Toy Country. Some of the items are shipped directly from our Dayton, Ohio location and some items are shipped from other merchants. Either way we will take every step to make sure you get your items by the promise date. Even if we ship from another location, we take full responsibility for the order until it reaches your hands.
7. Do you take Money Orders or Personal Checks?
Please contact us if you are interested in an item on our site and wish to pay by Money Order. Depending on availability and the specific item, we may be able to accept those forms of payment. Toy Country does not take personal checks.
8. Do you take special orders for items not in stock?
Please contact us about special orders. Occasionally we may be out of stock, but one of our partners may have it in stock.

10. I am trying to purchase an item from Toy Country, but it is out of stock, are you going to be getting more in?
Unfortunately many of the items we sell are very difficult to find and we do not know when we are going to get more stock. If we believe we will not be able to restock an item in the near future, we will pull it off the site, so if an item is on our site and out of stock, odds are we are actively trying to find more.
11. What is Toy Quester?
Toy Quester is a forum for the discussion of toys and games related information. Users post great toy deals, discuss pricing, availability, functionality, etc. about toys and games. It is a fairly new site, but has an excellent core of contributors, including Toy Country's own ToyQuester, who can answer many toy related questions.
12. Do you price match your competitors?
We are sorry, but we do not have the ability to price match our competition.
13. An item is showing as available on the product detail screen, but when I try to add it to my cart, I am getting a message stating it is not available. What is going on?
We update availability once per day. If an item sells out during the day, it may show as available on the product detail page until the next update, but is unorderable. Please check back the next day to see if the availability has been updated or if the item has gone back into stock. Occasionally we are not able to do the updates daily, but try not to make it a habbit.
